Tiberino – Ravello Risotto With Lemon Zest 200g

You may cook in just one pan without the need to strain any water, just cover and cook until most of the liquid has water has absorbed, which can take around 18  minutes. Add one or two tablespoons warm water before serving with a drizzle of olive oil.
