Green Harissa is much milder on the palate than that of red harissa sauce. It is a blend of fresh coriander with green chillies, garlic and aromatics. The flavour is round and sweet with an apple like fruitiness, which has a firm chilli finish.
The perfect spice for swirling into stews, soups, sauces, whipped butters, creams, vinaigrette, pasta and risotto. Also used as an accompaniment to couscous, rice pilaf, tagines, grills, roasts and in sandwiches.
